This document outlines the agreement between Atlantic Datacenter Inc. ("Provider") and the user ("Client") governing the use of all hosting services, colocation, and network access provided by the Provider.
The Provider guarantees 99.999% network uptime. Credits for downtime are governed by the specific service agreement signed by the Client. Exclusions apply for scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.
Clients must not use our services for illegal activities, including, but not limited to, the distribution of malware, spamming, denial-of-service attacks, or intellectual property infringement. Violation of the AUP may result in immediate service suspension or termination.
Atlantic Datacenter Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the personal data we obtain from our Clients.
We collect personal information necessary for billing, service provision (e.g., contact details, payment information), and security auditing. We do not inspect or monitor the contents of Client data hosted on our infrastructure unless required by law or necessary to troubleshoot a service issue reported by the Client.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and physical access controls, to protect your data. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
